The race won by Ford GT40 n.9 with Pedro Rodriguez and Lucien Bianchi, Stefhane Sarrazin, Rico Steineman, Dieter Spoerry with the Porsche 907 LH n.66 finished second, while third the Porsche 908 LH n.33 with Rolf Stommelen, Jochen Neerpasch.
