HISTORY
The Courage C36 – Porsche is a prototype that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1996.
The French Courage Compétition Team with Mario Andretti, Jan Lammers and Derek Warwick at the wheel of the Courage C36 – Porsche n.4 finished thirteenth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1996 with a gap of thirty-nine laps to winner.
The race was won by Manuel Reuter, Davy Jones and Alexander Wurz at the wheel of the TWR-Porsche WSC-95 n.7, in second the Porsche 911 GT1 n.25 with Hans-Joachim Stuck, Bob Wollek and Thierry Boutsen with a gap of one lap while in third position the Porsche 911 GT1 n.26 with Karl Wendlinger, Yannick Dalmas and Scott Goodyear with a gap of thirteen laps.
