The Doran JE4 – Pontiac is prototype that participated at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2004. The car was designed by Doran Racing.
The American Bell Motorsports team with Christian Fittipaldi, Terry Borcheller, Forest Barber and Andy Pilgrim at the wheel of the Doran JE4 – Pontiac n.54 winner the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2004.
In second place the Porsche 996 GT3-RS n.44 of Orbit Racing team with Robin Liddell, Mike Fitzgerald, Johnny Mowlem, Joe Policastro and Joe Policastro Jr. with a gap of three laps, while in third position the Porsche 996 GT3-RS n.74 of Flying Lizard Motorsports team with Lonnie Pechnik, Seth Neiman, Johannes van Overbeek, Peter Cunningham and Mike Rockenfeller with a gap of three laps.
