HISTORY
The Porsche 910 is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1967. The car is a developed of the Porsche 906. Carried over from the 906 was the spaceframe chassis but with revised suspension geometry to accommodate 13-inch magnesium wheels.
The German Porsche System Engineering team with Rolf Stommelen, Jochen Neerpasch at the wheel of the Porsche 910 n.38 finished sixth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1967 with a gap of thirty-seven laps to winner.
The race won by Ford MK IV n.1 of Gurney and Foyt, second with a detachment of four rounds on Ferrari 330 P4 n.21 of Ludovico Scarfiotti and Mike Parkes of the team official, while to third place the Ferrari 330 P4 n.24 of Willy Mairesse and Blatan of the team Ecurie Nationale Belge with detachment of eleven rounds.
