HISTORY
The Riley MKXI – Lexus is prototype that participated at the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2006. The car was designed by Riley Technologies for the regulations of the IMSA GTP.
The American Target Ganassi Racing team with Scott Dixon, Dan Wheldon and Casey Mears at the wheel of the Riley MKXI – Lexus n.02 winner the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2006.
In second place the Riley MKXI – Lexus n.60 of Michael Shank Racing team with Oswaldo Negri jr, A.J. Allmendinger, Mark Patterson and Justin Wilson with a gap of one lap, while in third position the Crawford DP03 – Porsche n.23 of Alex Job Racing & Emory Motorsports team with Patrick Long, Mike Rockenfeller and Lucas Luhr with a gap of three laps.
