HISTORY
The Shadow – Ford Cosworth DN8 is a car of the Formula 1 World Championship in 1977. The American team with English license with Riccardo Patrese at the wheel of the Shadow – Ford Cosworth DN8 n.16 finished twentieth at the Formula 1 World Champion 1977 with one point in season. The Italian driver replace during the season Renzo Zorzi and obtained the best result in the Grand Prix of Suzuka at Fuji circuit with a sixth place winning his first point in Formula 1.
With team mate Alan Jones they brought Shadow to seventh place in the constructors’ championship
The championship was won by the Ferrari 312 T2 of Niki Lauda
