HISTORY

The Alfa Romeo T33B/2 is a prototype that participated at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1968. The Italian team Autodelta SPA with drivers Mario Casoni and Giampiero Biscaldi at the wheel of Alfa Romeo T33B/2 n.40 finished sixth at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1968 with a gap of twenty-six laps to winner.

The race was won by the Ford GT40 n.9 of Pedro Rodriguez and Lucien Bianchi, in second place the Porsche 907 LH n.66 with Rico Steineman and Dieter Spoerry, while in third position the Porsche 908 LH n.33 with Rolf Stommelen and Jochen Neerpasch.
