HISTORY

The Allard J2X LM – Chrysler is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1952.

The British S.H. Allard team with Sydney Allard and Jack Fairman at the wheel of the Allard J2X LM – Chrysler n.4 did not finish in the 24 hours of Le Mans 1952, due to broken engine after one hundred forty-seven laps.
The race was won by the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL n.21 with Hermann Lang and Fritz Riess and the second place of the twin car n.20 of Theo Helfrich and Helmut Niedermayr with a gap of one lap, while in third position the Nash-Healey 4 Litre n.10 with Leslie Johnson and Tommy Wisdom.
