HISTORY

The Alpine A470 – Gibson is the prototype of the LMP2 class at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2020. The French Signatech Alpine Matmut team with Andre Negrao, Pierre Ragues and Thomas Laurent at the wheel of the Alpine A470 – Gibson n.36 finished eighth at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2020, with a gap of twenty laps to winner

The race was won by Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.8 with Brandon Hartley, Sébastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima. Second the Rebellion R13 – Gibson n.1 with Gustavo Menezes, Norman Nato and Bruno Senna with a gap of five laps, while in third the Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.7 with Jose Maria Lopez, Mike Conway and Kamui Kobayashi with a gap of six laps.
