HISTORY

The Aston Martin Valkyrie is a prototype that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2026. The car is a Hypercar of type LMh and was designed by Adrian Newey.

The American Aston Martin Thor team with Harry Tincknell, Tom Gamble and Ross Gunn at the wheel of the Aston Martin Valkyrie n.007 finished eighth in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2026 with a gap of two laps to winner.

The race was won by Toyota Racing team with Mike Conway, Nick De Vries and Kamui Kobayashi at the wheel of the Toyota TR010 Hybrid n.7. In second place the BMW M Hybrid V8 n.20 with drivers Sheldon Van Der Linde, Robin Frijns and René Rast with a gap of ten seconds. While third Brandon Hartley, Sébastien Buemi and Ryo Hirakawa at the wheel of the Toyota TR010 Hybrid n.8.
