HISTORY
The Aurus 01 – Gibson is the prototype car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2020.
The Russian G-Drive Racing team with Roman Rusinov, Jean-Eric Vergne and Mikkel Jensen at the wheel of the Aurus 01 – Gibson n.26 finished ninth at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2020 with a gap of twenty laps to winner.
The race was won by Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.8 with Brandon Hartley, Sébastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima. Second the Rebellion R13 – Gibson n.1 with Gustavo Menezes, Norman Nato and Bruno Senna with a gap of five laps, while in third the Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.7 with Jose Maria Lopez, Mike Conway and Kamui Kobayashi with a gap of six laps.
