HISTORY
The Brabham – Climax BT1 is a car that participated in the Formula 1 World Championship in 1964. The car was designed by Ron Tauranac. This is the first Brabham’s car in Formula 1.
The British DW Racing Enterprises team with Bob Anderson at the wheel of the Brabham – Climax BT11 finished eleventh in the Formula 1 World Championship in 1964 with five points in the season with best result the third place at the Austrian Grand Prix.
The 1964 world championship was won by John Surtees with the Ferrari 158 F1
