HISTORY
The Cougar C02 – Cosworth is a prototype that participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984. The French Primagaz Courage Compétition team with Yves Courage, Michel Dubois and John Jellinek at the wheel of the Cougar C02 – Cosworth n.13 did not finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984, due to broken oil pump after one hundred fifty-three laps. The winner the race was Porsche 956B n.7 with Klaus Ludwig and Henry Pescarolo, in second place the Porsche 956 n.26 with Jean Rondeau and John Paul jr, while in third position the Porsche 956B n.33 with David Hobbs, Philippe Streiff and Sarel Van Der Merwe.
