The Dallara P217 – Gibson is the prototype car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2017.
The Duth Racing Team Nederland team with Jan Lammers, Frits Van Eerd and Rubens Barrichello at the wheel of the Dallara P217 – Gibson n.29 finished thirteenth at the 24 Hours Le Mans 2017 with a gap of twenty-three laps to winner.
The race was won Porsche 919 Hybrid n.2 with Timo Bernhard, Earl Bamber and Brendon Hartley, second Oreca 07 – Gibson n.38 with Ho-Pin Tung, Thomas Laurent and Oliver Jarvis while in third position the Oreca 07 – Gibson n.37 with David Cheng, Tristan Gommendy and Alex Brundle.
