HISTORY
The Excelsior Adex C is a car that has participated of the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1923. The Belgian Compagnie Nationale Excelsior team with Andre Dills and Nicolas Caerels at the wheel of the Excelsior Adex C n.2 finished sixth at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1923, with a gap of sixteen laps to winners.
The race was won by Chenard & Walker n.9 of Andre Lagache and Rene Leonard of Chenard Walcker team. Second Raoul Bachmann and Christian Dauvergne with the another Chenard & Walker n.10 with a gap of four laps, while third the Bignan 11CV Desmo Sport n.23 with Raymond De Tornaco and Paul Gros wit a gap og eight laps.
