HISTORY

The Ferrari 250 LM is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1968. The car was designed by Pininfarina.
The Swiss Scuderia Filipinetti Team team with Herbert Muller and Jonathan Williams at the wheel of the Ferrari 250 LM n.20 did not finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1968 due to broken wheel bearing after two hundred twelve laps. The race was won by Pedro Rodriguez and Lucien Bianchi at the wheel of the Ford GT40 n.9 of the Team John Wyer Automotive Engineering, in second place the Porsche 907 LH n.66 with Rico Steineman and Dieter Spoerry while in third place Porsche 908 n.33 of Rolf Stommelen and Jochen Neerpasch of the official team.
