HISTORY
The Healey SR2 – Climax is a car that participated at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1968. The British Donald Healey Motor Co team with drivers Clive Baker and Andrew Hedges at the wheel of Healey SR2 – Climax n.47 did not finish at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1968 due to broken clutch after twenty laps.
The race was won by the Ford GT40 n.9 of Pedro Rodriguez and Lucien Bianchi, in second place the Porsche 907 LH n.66 with Rico Steineman and Dieter Spoerry, while in third position the Porsche 908 LH n.33 with Rolf Stommelen and Jochen Neerpasch.
