HISTORY

The Iso Grifo A3C – Chevrolet is a cara that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1965. The car was designed by Giorgietto Giugiaro and Giotto Bizzarrini.
The Italian Iso Prototipi Bizzarrini team with Regis Fraissinet and Jean De Mortemart at the wheel of the Iso Grifo A3C – Chevrolet n.3 finished ninth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1965 with a gap of forty-five laps to winner. The race won by Ferrari 275 LM n.21 with Masten Gregory, Jochen Rindt, in second place the Ferrari 275 LM n.26 with Pierre Dumay, Gustave ‘Taf’ Gosselin, while in third position the Ferrari 275 GTB n.24 with Willy Mairesse, ‘Beurlys’ Jean Blaton.
