HISTORY

The MG Midget M is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans of 1930. The British Francis Samuelson team with Francis Samuelson and Freddie Kindell at the wheel of the MG Midget M n.29 did not finish at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1930, due to broken oil pipe after driving twenty-eight laps.

The race started with very few members and was always led by the English team that was never attacked by the main opponents who retired halfway through the race due to various problems. The race was won by the Bentley Speed ​​Six n.4 driven by Woolf Barnato, Glen Kidston. In second place came the twin car, the Bentley Speed ​​Six n.2 driven by Frank Clement and Richard Watney with a gap of six laps, while in third place the Talbot GB90 n.15 of Lewis and Eaton with a gap of seventeen laps.
