The French Ets. Monopole team with Pierre Hérnard and Eugéne Dussous at the wheel of the Monopole X84 – Panhard n.60 finished fourteenth in the 24 hours of Le Mans 1952, with a gap of sixty-nine laps to winner.
The race was won by the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL n.21 with Hermann Lang and Fritz Riess and the second place of the twin car n.20 of Theo Helfrich and Helmut Niedermayr with a gap of one lap, while in third position the Nash-Healey 4 Litre n.10 with Leslie Johnson and Tommy Wisdom.
