HISTORY

The Oreca 07 is a car that participated at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2026. The car was used in the LMP2 class. For the 2025 season, LMP2 cars will not be able to race in the WEC championship but will be able to participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The French Forestier Racing By Panis Racing Team with Louis Rousset, Esteban Masson and Oliver Gray at the wheel of the Oreca 07 – Gibson n.29 finished seventeenth at the 24 hours of Le Mans 2026, with a gap of twenty-one laps to winner race. The team finished third in the LMP2 Class.

The race was won by Toyota Racing team with Mike Conway, Nick De Vries and Kamui Kobayashi at the wheel of the Toyota TR010 Hybrid n.7. In second place the BMW M Hybrid V8 n.20 with drivers Sheldon Van Der Linde, Robin Frijns and René Rast with a gap of ten seconds. While third Brandon Hartley, Sébastien Buemi and Ryo Hirakawa at the wheel of the Toyota TR010 Hybrid n.8.
