HISTORY

The OSCA MT-4 Coupé is a car that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1952.

The Italian Automobili Osca team with Mario Damonte and ‘Martial’ Fernand Lacour at the wheel of the OSCA MT-4 Coupé n.48 did not finish at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1952, due to broken transmission after one hundred seventy laps.
The race was won by the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL n.21 with Hermann Lang and Fritz Riess and the second place of the twin car n.20 of Theo Helfrich and Helmut Niedermayr with a gap of one lap, while in third position the Nash-Healey 4 Litre n.10 with Leslie Johnson and Tommy Wisdom.
