HISTORY

The German Gelo Racing Team team with Toine Hezemans and Tim Schenken at the wheel of the Porsche 934 Turbo n.57 finished sixteenth in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1976, with a gap of seventy-two laps to winner. The race won by Jacky Ickx and Gijs van Lennep at the wheel of the Porsche 936 n.20, in second place Jean-Louis Lafosse and Francois Migault at the wheel of the Mirage GR8 – Cosworth n.10, while in third place the DeCadenet n.12 of Chris de Cadenet and Alain Craft at twelve laps.
