HISTORY
The Porsche 962C GTi is a prototype that participated at the 24 hours of Le Mans 1992. The was designed by Nigel Stroud.
The British ADA Engineering team with Derek Bell, Justin Bell and Tiff Needell at the wheel of the Porsche 962C GTi n.53 finished twelfth in the 24 hours of Le Mans 1992 with a gap of sixty-eight laps. The race won by Peugeot 905 n.1 with Mark Blundell, Yannik Dalmas and David Warwick, Masanori Sekiya, Pierre-Henry Raphanel and Kenneth Acheson with the Toyota TS010 n.33 finished in second place while in third place the other Peugeot 905 n.2 with Mauro Baldi, Philippe Alliot and Jean-Pierre Jabouille.
