HISTORY

The Rondeau M379C – Cosworth is a prototype that participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1982.

The French Jacky Haran team with Jacky Haran, Herve Poulain and Vivian Candy at the wheel of the Rondeau M379C – Cosworth n.26 did not finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1982 due to broken engine after one hundred forty-nine laps. The winner the race was Porsche 956 n.1 with Jacky Ickx and Derek Bell, in second place Porsche 956 n.2 with Jochen Mass and Vern Schuppan, while in third position the Porsche 956 n.3 with Al Holbert, Hurley Haywood and Jurgen Barth.
