HISTORY

The Toyota TS010 is the prototype that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1993. The car was designed by Tony Southgate, for the Sport Prototype World Championship in the Group C category. The Japanese team Toyota Team Tom’s with Geoff Lees, Jan Lammers and Juan Manuel Fangio II at the wheel of the Toyota TS010 n.38 finished eight at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1993 with a gap of twenty-two laps to winner.

The race was won the Peugeot 905 Evo1C n.3 of Geoff Brabham, Eric Helary, Cristophe Bouchut, in second place the Peugeot 905 Evo1C n.1 with Thierry Boutsen, Yannick Dalmas, Teo Fabi, while in third place the Peugeot 905 Evo1C n.2 with Philippe Alliot, Mauro Baldi and Jean-Pierre Jabouille.
