HISTORY

The Jordan – Yamaha 192 is a car that participated in the Formula 1 World Championship in 1992. The car was designed by Gary Anderson, Mark Smith and Andrew Green.
The Irish Sasol Jordan Yamaha team with Stefano Modena at the wheel of Jordan – Yamaha 192 n.32 finished seventeenth in the Formula 1 World Championship in 1992 with one point in season. The best result of the Italian driver was the sixth place at the Australian Grand Prix on the Adelaide circuit.

Although teammate Brazilian driver Mauricio Gugelmin scored no points, Jordan finished eleventh in the constructors’ championship.

The title driver championship was won by Alain Prost with the Williams – Renault FW15C n.2
