HISTORY

The Toyota TS010 is the prototype that participated at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1992. The car was designed by Tony Southgate, for the Sport Prototype World Championship in the Group C category. The Japanese team Toyota Team Tom’s with Jan Lammers, Andy Wallace and Teo Fabi at the wheel of the Toyota TS010 n.8 finished eighth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 1992 with a gap twenty-one laps of the winning car the Peugeot 905 n.1 with Mark Blundell, Yannik Dalmas and David Warwick.

Masanori Sekiya, Pierre-Henry Raphanel and Kenneth Acheson with the Toyota TS010 n.33 finished in second place while in third place the other Peugeot 905 n.2 with Mauro Baldi, Philippe Alliot and Jean-Pierre Jabouille.
