HISTORY
The ADA 01 – Cosworth is a prototype that participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984. The British ADA Engineering team with Ian Harrower, Bill Wolff and Glen Smith at the wheel of the ADA 01 – Cosworth n.79 did not finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984, due to chassis problem after forty-two laps. The winner the race was Porsche 956B n.7 with Klaus Ludwig and Henry Pescarolo, in second place the Porsche 956 n.26 with Jean Rondeau and John Paul jr, while in third position the Porsche 956B n.33 with David Hobbs, Philippe Streiff and Sarel Van Der Merwe.
