The French Signatech Alpine Matmut Team with Nicolas Lapierre, Andre Negrao and Matthieu Vaxiviere at the wheel of the Alpine A480 – Gibson n.36 finished twenty-third in the 24 hours of Le Mans 2022 with a gap of eighteen laps to winner. The team started in third position in grid.

The race was won by Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.8 with Brandon Hartley, Sébastien Buemi and Ryo Hirakawa. Second the Toyota GR010 Hybrid n.7 with Jose Maria Lopez, Mike Conway and Kamui Kobayashi, while in third position the Glickenhaus SCG007 n.709 with Ryan Briscoe, Franck Mailleux and Richard Westbrook
