The American McCormack and Dodge team with Alain Ferte, Jim Mullen and Walt Bohren at the wheel of the Rondeau M482 – Cosworth n.37 finished thirteenth at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1984, with two hundred ninety-three laps covered. The winner the race was Porsche 956B n.7 with Klaus Ludwig and Henry Pescarolo, in second place the Porsche 956 n.26 with Jean Rondeau and John Paul jr, while in third position the Porsche 956B n.33 with David Hobbs, Philippe Streiff and Sarel Van Der Merwe.
